NB: this website is developing as I transfer content from my old website, which was called Intentional Singing: that started to feel a bit “metod” - this new space is looser. Not everything is finished yet: I’ll remove this paragraph when it is. Onwards.

I’m Alex Ashworth, for the past thirty years a professional classical singer and also a teacher of classical voice.

I’ve taught and coached many people over many years, in both their sung and spoken voices, and my current and former students are active in the highest levels of their professions.
